Then Let Those Who Are In Judea…Israel’s future pt 4

(Israel …Brown Shaded Areas are Gaza, and West Bank. Originally the areas were known as Judea and Samaria on the West, and Gaza was part of the parcel given to Juda also.)

When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.( Matthew 24:15-22)

We continue to call on Palestinians to end incitement against Israel, and we continue to emphasize that America does not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlements.” (Barack Obama speech to UN General Assembly 9/23/09)

The definitive chapter in the gospels about the last days according to Jesus would have to be Matthew 24. In his last public speech from the temple, Israel’s Messiah  pronounced that the nation would never see him again until they were willing to say unto Him, “Blessed is He that comes in the name of the Lord!”.

As he walked out the disciples asked him three questions which he answered in Matthew 24, When shall these things be? (The destruction of the temple), What shall be the sign of thy coming? And of the end of the Age? Matthew 24 is the answer to these questions, an answer which danes from 70 AD to the very end of time!

At first, everything Jesus says about the end is spoken of in universal terms, there would be deceptions, false Christs, and false prophets, earthquakes, wars and rumours of wars, universal evangelism, persecution and betrayal. Where? Everywhere in the world!

But suddenly in verse 15, Jesus speaks in local terms…Let those who are Judea…. Something is going to happen that will be a signal to those in Judea, which portends something so terrible, that Jesus literally speaks instruction from the pages of the gospel to those end time residents of Judea (Most of whom, currently do not even believe in him).

What is currently happening in the area Jesus warned of, called Judea?

Judea has now been designated by the U.N.,the USA, the EU, and Russia as the site of the New Palestinian State. Gaza, was originally part of the parcel of Land God have to the tribe of Judah, who lost it to the Philistines.

There has been very much acrimonious debate and demonstration against what the world calls the “Occupied Settlements” in the mountains of Judea. The world charges the 600,000 Jewish settlers there, occupiers of Palestinian land.

The presence of Jews in Judea is an affront to the Muslim world and a thorn in the side of the West which seeks to impose a peaceful settlement to the problem of Judea.

The Obama administration and State Department under Hillary Rodham Clinton, even sought to impose a “No Natural Growth” policy on the Jews who have been building outposts and gated communities in Judea.

When asked to explain “no natural growth”one of George Mitchell’s advisors told a reporter, that it mean a cap on Jewish population in Judea. “If a Jewish Baby is born in the morning, by that evening a jewish old person must leave! No. Natural.Growth!”Charles Krauthammer explains in the Jewish World Review,

Israel is ordered to freeze all settlement activity. As Secretary of State Hillary Clinton imperiously explained the diktat: “a stop to settlements — not some settlements, not outposts, not natural-growth exceptions”.
What’s the issue? No “natural growth” means strangling to death the thriving towns close to the 1949 armistice line, many of them suburbs of Jerusalem, that every negotiation over the past decade has envisioned Israel retaining. It means no increase in population. Which means no babies. Or if you have babies, no housing for them — not even within the existing town boundaries. Which means for every child born, someone has to move out. No community can survive like that. The obvious objective is to undermine and destroy these towns — even before negotiations.

This is an excerpt from an August 3rd,2010 Haaretz article, “US Turns up Heat on Israel over Settlement” by Barak Ravid,

“Israel is under increased pressure from the United States over settlement construction. In the past months, since Barack Obama was sworn in as US President, Israel has received four official complaints from members of the administration regarding various issues linked to West Bank settlements. A senior gov’t official in Jerusalem told Haaretz that the complaints represent a gradual increase in American pressure vis a vis settlement activity. This is going to be one of the main issues that the Obama administration will be dealing with in the coming weeks and months.

Ezekiel predicted that the Mountains of Israel, aka Judea and Samaria, the very heart of Biblical Israel, would be the subject of very much discussion among the wicked of the world in the last days. The “Talkers” would claim, the “houses of God” for their own possession and  would seek to appropriate the Land for themselves.

Also, thou son of man, prophesy unto the mountains of Israel, and say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord: Thus saith the Lord God; Because the enemy hath said against you, Aha, even the ancient high places are ours in possession: Therefore prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord God; Because they have made you desolate, and swallowed you up on every side, that ye might be a possession unto the residue of the heathen, and ye are taken up in the lips of talkers, and are an infamy of the people:(Ezekiel 36:1-3)

The whole world is being propagandized to resent the settlers in Judea. They are seen as the impediment to peace,”occupiers”, in the way of the U.N.’s “Two state solution” and an aggravation to the Muslim Arab the world is trying to appease. This rage is going to explode someday soon and the warning of Jesus will be realized.

…Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be…

Break off of your sins and turn to the Lord, for the prophecies of the scripture are coming to pass before our very eyes. The time has come for “Great tribulation such as has never been seen before..”. The world’s irrational hatred of the Jews in favor of savages who openly use women and children as human shields for their barbarities, is a sign of it.

The way to get right with God is to believe that Jesus is God, come to us n the flesh, who died for our sins as a substitute. We know this , because the Father raised Him from the dead! Call upon His name, ask Him to forgive you and to give you the gift of eternal life, and follow Him in faith and gratitude.God wants to save you from His own wrath, but hurry and get into the Ark of safety!

  1. Pastor Randles, I follow your blog and have read all of your books, I love the sound teaching. In my area of Redding ,Ca there has been an explosion of teaching on partial preterism and replacement theology which seem to go hand in hand. Pastor Randles can you recommend any books or resources that address these teachings.

Even the “church” is taking up the cry against Israel. I think this shows where their loyalty lies, and it isn’t with the Lord. God bless you:)

  3. Karen says:

These last three posts have been my absolute favorites yet. Thank you so much. It really helped to put these certain scriptures in some kind of order.
