Looking at the madness that is the Hijra, that is ‘the Immigration ‘ of refugees ,which is really an Islamic invasion of the soft underbelly of Europe, I can’t help but think of the words of the prophecy against the King of Babylon, in Isaiah 14. The King of Babylon was a real person, but the prophecy goes beyond addressing him, and address the intelligent spiritual entity inspiring him, Lucifer, the Satan, who is the Devil himself.
In Isaiah’s taunt prophecy spoken over Satan, one of the divine charges against Lucifer is that He was the one who “Weakened the nations”.
Satan is the one who weakens the nations, to make them liable to destruction and even damnation. This implies that the nations of the world are in various states of health.
We learn in the scripture, that God established nations and boundaries of time and space, that men may seek the LORD.
God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;Neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us:(Acts 17:24-27)
A person who is physically healthy is exposed to countless germs and pathologies daily, but as long as his immune system is functioning, he/she os naturally resistant to germs, viruses, or plagues. Because of the practice of various sexual perversions, AIDS destroys the immune system, and otherwise healthy people then often die of common colds or flu.
So also is it with nations. When a nation is healthy, it is resistant to any pathology that would otherwise destroy it.But should the immune system of that nation be compromised, opportunistic diseases and pathologies are there, ready to enter in and to destroy.
Satan has weakened the nations of the once healthy Judeo Christian west.
The very germ of life on any nation, is its religion,the “Cult” of the culture. Satan has de-natured the west, through a relentless attack on Christianity, by the elites in European society. Churches have both marginalized themselves or been marginalized. European elites no longer believe in God.
American elites are no different, emulating European atheistic chic! Our educators, entertainers, opinion shapers in press, literature and the media, have taken a long cultural march through our institutions stripping them of any of the former allegiance to or adherence to the God who once inspired our fathers. Atheism has sickened our societies.
All of the “Isms” of the last century are symptoms of this “sickness unto the death” of our western world. All of them are the cutting edged philosophies of the educated ruling elite which promised to replace the de-throned Judeo- Christian revelation.Fascism,Communism, Nazism, humanism, existentialism, multiculturalism were all going to explain the world in better terms and create a more compassionate, dynamic civil society than the one Christianity bequeathed to the west.
But they have proven empty, unsatisfying and even toxic to the soul. Instead of inspiring they have steadily hollowed out any concept of patriotism, love of country, gratitude for the sacrifices of our forbearers, or willingness to sacrifice in turn for future generations.
Our educational elites and our Media have furthered the affliction, rewriting our history to heap guilt upon the descendants of those who gave the world the greatest and most successful civilization ever seen. Multiculturalism, a veiled attack on Judeo Christianity has paralyzed the rulers, in the face of evil. They are unable to distinguish good or evil, the precious from the vile, even in the face of an all out assault as we are seeing in Hungary, Italy, Spain, France, and Germany.
With the destruction of faith in the west, there has been no real defense of Society against soul rotting pornography,the redefinition or abandonment of marriage (as ordained of God), nihilistic philosophy, the sanctity of human life,(Abortion) and a host of other of our formative institutions and values which once served as a bulwark against evil.
There is no doubt in my mind, that the relentless assault on every institution in western society, in the name of leftism, progressivism or collectivism, have come as a result of the Devil himself, “He that weakened the nations”.
It is only because of this that our leaders would even consider the manifestly hateful mobs, allowed to rampage through normally peaceful and beautiful European cities.
A nation which no longer has children, no longer believe in anything other than the self.
A nation which can no longer distinguish the reality of anything; between truth and error, male and female, innocence(Abortion) and Guilt(death penalty) is sick, and on the verge of a sickness unto death.
A healthy nation can recognize an external threat and would vigorously resist it. When Europe was Christian, she turned Moslems away and we are all better for it. America once knew an enemy when it saw one, and unapologetically destroyed it.
There was no unlimited Japanese immigration during the second world war.
In a healthy nation, the leaders are there to protect the citizens. No one n their right minds would have opened the gates upon their own people, knowing full well that the hostile rabble spewing out would rape and plunder the nation.
Islam is merely an opportunistic disease. It is a pathology that has made its own lands a living hell, and would now bid us to accept the same in ours. The West is in desperate need of deliverance and a turn back to God.
In another similar metaphor,Jesus called Israel a “House” which had been swept clean and empty of it’s evil Spirit (idols). He warned her though that the state of emptiness wouldn’t last, for the spiritual world, like the national world, abhors a vacuum.
When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out. And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked than himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.(Luke 11:24-26)
What we are seeing in Germany and western Europe, as well as the USA is the result of the weakening and emptying of the “Houses” of Judeo Christian civilization. The house is empty, swept and clean, and now worse evil spirits than the ones that inhabited it before, are pouring into the house at the bidding of our decadent and Nihilistic leaders, and the west now faces an existential crisis.
I believe this “immigration crisis” is a portent of the shift in prophetic timing, and could be the occasion for the last stage of the dominant western Roman empire, from Daniel’s vision. For centuries the west has been dominant, but in the end, jut before the coming of Jesus, the west is severely weakened.
And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters’ clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay. And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.( Daniel 2:41-44)

Hello Bill, My iPad won’t allow me to ‘respond above the line’. Thank you so very much for these articles, as far as I am concerned you are bang on. What is happening is still difficult to believe. There has been a seismic shift which will not only alter the the demography of the Western nations but its very nature. I wonder with you if we have entered the last phase of the last days. Is it my imagination recently, or have our leaders started to look slightly less self confident?! Have you heard that our Government’s only valid opposition, the Labour Party, has voted as its new leader Jeremy Corbyn, an anti capitalist, Russian supporting, terrorist supporting anti-Semite? They said it couldn’t happen, it wasn’t possible that the Labour Party members could be that stupid! I grieve for our nation Bill, for the wonderful amazing nation we used to be. The last vestiges of light are flickering out here and people are stumbling in deepening darkness. You grieve equally for America I know. Our Lord Jesus bless you richly Bill. Are we aware, here, that Damascus (for instance) isn’t “the West”? Antioch and so on? And being white doesn’t make one the aggrieved formerly exalted nation (such as Russians along with Europe and America)? But the population (less than half in the U.S.A.) sufficient to elect one of the most hateful, arrogant, narcissistic leaders ever is now seeing (if they see) their beloved bow to the House of Saud and accept trinketry around his neck from them.
As the Secretary of State, in prior times, had accepted such neckware from Putin.
Marleen, no one thinks Damascus is the west, nor is this article about color or race, and it has nothing to do with the election of Trump. Please stick to the subject.
I linked over to this article from your …West in prophecy 2 article because the layout of the site showed this refugee crisis pt 4 article as “related” (which it is). You have an ongoing concern about refugees messing up the West (even if it’s because the West deserves to be messed up, as you illustrate your point of view, for various reasons). The alarm particularly has to do with people from places that would not be considered Western, especially from places called Muslim. I hope for people to be able to decipher that God didn’t find the people of Antioch and Damascus and so on to be so without hope that they* should be held at bay [although it is true that they, even if they found faith in Jesus, would not be welcome in the Temple… but then I hope no one is entertaining a notion that the West is, or should be, like a temple].
If people are sick (I’m using this metaphor because you did, of Western culture), it won’t ultimately help to suggest a cure or palliative that doesn’t address what is really wrong. And too many Christian leaders have been putting their “blessing” on answers or perceived small steps to make things better or not so bad that are unbeknownst to further the harm.
*For anyone curious as to why I’m naming these cities, they are in the Bible… and they are in Syria. They aren’t of some divided Europe (from Russia, in the east, west).
Thans Marleen. I would not characterize my concern as being that Refugees “mess up the west”, rather that the West is badly messed up already, under a judgment of God and our Leaders are so depraved they are actually being used as instruments of judgment. If all of the refugees left tomorrow the West would still be in trouble. I am only pointing out where the west went astray, and how it fits into the picture of Bible prophecy. By the way, there is a silver lining in this refugee crisis, there will be many Muslims saved as they become exposed to Christians in the West and open discussion of ideas also, something Islam takes great pains to avoid.
The only cure for the West or for any individual is repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Thanks for the input-

I suggest that you [and, of course, I say this to others as well, not only you] allow yourself to see that it isn’t because of the left. These descriptions apply to the right “in the name of” conservatism. The emphasis on money or property and power and self.
You are trying to appeal to feelings toward a sense of collective well-being (and/or loss of it) while being against collectivism. We used to have more respect of valuing education for all children (and, often, for making sure children get a good lunch if they go to school, sometimes even breakfast). I don’t know how familiar you are with what goes on in the U.S., but it’s been common to resent the children of other people, now to argue for taking money away from public schools to pay for private schooling for some or to fill the coffers of for-profit school magnates.
I went to private (and religious, to be precise) schools most of the time, and a public school for a few years, and home educated my own children for the most part, so I’m not against other options — but the attitude toward most people is what I’m trying to illustrate. In my state, back when my children were still growing up, there was a bit of a push to get money for home schoolers. I thought about this and decided I didn’t want to join the lobby. I didn’t need the money, and this would be an inefficient way for the state to promote numeracy and literacy in letters and so on. I cared about all those kids who would be getting their education in the local schools. (I hadn’t thought this part through specifically, but one of those children is now the wife of my oldest son. She also was home educated for a while [but we didn’t know her then].)
We’ve had Christian Republicans go about speaking of children as mongrels and saying despicable things. But that’s acceptable because of the values of the right.
And the “rights” of the rich have been top of mind.
(In this environment, abortion seems only a tool for a political party.)
Having and raising children is one of the most expensive things to do in American society. But real signs indicate those who claim to be against “choice” [and against any recognition that something akin to abortion sometimes result from saving a woman’s life] don’t even want insurance to pay for childbirth, much less prenatal and postnatal care. One of the arguments is actually that men don’t have babies (so they shouldn’t, supposedly, have to care about babies being born).
And that’s only the beginning of what it takes to nurture families.
