Philip Haney, a Devout Christian, Patriot Soldier, Founding member of The Department of Homeland Security, has been found dead of a gunshot to the chest along a highway in California.
The Civilized world may not know it, but we have lost a dear friend, a man standing on the wall for us, a real soldier.
Philip was already an accomplished etomologist when the terror of 9-11 shocked our nation out of it’s slumber. He immediately volunteered his services to the US government, and became one of the founding members of the Department of Homeland Security. This meant that in his fifties he had to go through Police boot camp, weapons training and to study criminology.
Philip recognized the same traits in Islamic infiltration and terror cells, as in cockroach infestation. He refuted many, many misguided myths, such as the “lone Wolf ” theory, which hampered our resistance to Islamic terror. He had deeply researched Islamic cells throughout the nation, taught himself Arabic and was an invaluable investigative researcher and counter terror specialist.
In his book “See Something, Say Nothing”, Haney documented the persecution and harrassment which eventually led to his dismissal, by the pro Islamic Obama administration, which objected to the conflation of Islam and Terror. Many of the same people embroiled in the current coup attempt against President Trump, were among those persecuting and driving Haney out of the Department.
I saw Haney being interviewed on Fox news and instantly realized He was a Christian, a brother in Christ. I found his number through a mutual friend, called him up and asked if He would come speak in our church here in Iowa. ” Sure Friend, I’ll do it.”, he replied.
It was one of te most wonderful, spirit filled meetings we ever had, as Phil taught, sang and played guitar and deeply ministered to our souls
He had a masterful grasp on endtimes prophecy, and the testimony of his persecution and dismissal was compelling. Haney loved his God and his nation, and I believe he gave up his life for it.
This man knew the enemies he had made for himself, and the cost he would have to pay. Even while going through all of that , Philip Haney went through a very excruciating personal trial, as his wife Francesca fought a long battle with cancer which eventually took her. Phil remained a steadfast and loving husband, caring for her till the day she died.
Even after Philip was unceremoniously dismissed from Government, he never stopped fighting for his country, researching and speaking, waning, and involving himself in elections, trying to stop Islamists from fully taking the levers of power.
Phil, You taught me that it takes courage to stand up and fight for the right, and that even when knocked down and unappreciated, misrepresented and even lied about, You relied on your LORD and did what you did with Joy, Love and faith. We will miss you dear brother…Rest in Peace until that glorious new day….

I would add that:

Bill, I met Phil in 2014 at the convocation in Ohio with Reggie Kelly and the other brothers, several of whom are Jewish. Phil’s passion was the everlasting covenant. He was a precious saint, filled with the Holy Spirit, and you could sense that when you were in his presence. Before I attended the convocation in 2014 I watched all the previous ones (!).
Phil often said, “Israel reveals the hearts of men, and Jerusalem will sift the nations.” This was written on his business card. He was one of the most intelligent people I’ve ever met.
I think Mark Klafter, one of the Jewish brothers, summed up Phil very well:

On the Death of Philip Haney

The term “whistleblower” is thrown around a lot these days, but Philip Haney was a man who actually exemplified it, coming forward with vital information that made a real difference despite the personal cost.
I was proud to consider Philip a friend. I would often hear from him, a reminder, a pointer, and I would run into him at events dealing with terrorism and the fight for this country’s freedoms.
His was an important voice that has been tragically silenced.
Philip was also a proud Jewish person whose convictions informed his actions. His life was guided by principled courage, and the information he provided shed a vital light on the political suppression of the truth about Islamic terrorism and the betrayal of America.
His voice will be sorely missed.
If you haven’t heard of him before, these videos are worth watching. And if you have, they still are.

Phil was often asked if he was Jewish. He would reply in Hebrew, “Only in my heart.” He loved Israel, Jerusalem, the City of the Great King (he did a presentation on this).
When he was working at the Atlanta airport, he would interview individuals coming from the Middle East. He would always pull out the Israeli travelers coming from Israel and elsewhere, do his computer work, and then he would tell them, “I pulled you out for a reason.” Of course, their eyes would get big, but then he would take out a card and in Hebrew write out the first part of Isaiah 60:18: “Violence will no longer be heard in your land.” Then he would look at them and ask, “Whose land is it?”, followed by, “I don’t know when this is going to happen, but that is the final outcome.” He said that he would always feel the Holy Spirit just rush by, and he never said anything about Yeshua. He was always reminding them of the Everlasting Covenant, his passion.
The Hebrew word for violence (and Hebrew has many words for violence) used in that particular verse is “chamac khaw-mawce'”, no. 2555 in Strong’s. It is pronounced just like “Hamas”. Phil said that in Arabic it means “zeal”, like, as he said, “have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.” (Romans 10:2) He talks about this in in the video I linked above on The Everlasting Covenant. Phil had a gift of breaking down Hebrew and Arabic words to get the full import of their meaning. He learned Arabic after 9/11.
This is how Phil will be remembered. We will see him in glory!

The point I was trying to make was against the obsession with partisan politics that is too often expressed in “Christian” circles. This seems particularly the case in the US.
It’s REALLY time to heed the words of Jesus and REALLY understand that we can’t serve two masters. If we want to serve God we CAN NOT also put any nation and national pride on a pedestal. We can not indulge in the type of partisan political rhetoric that demonises one group and promotes the other.
We are supposed to be ambassadors for Christ and His kingdom, not ambassadors for any political ideology, for any president, or any party.
While political allegiances remain a regular feature of our thought and speech, our Christian witness will be severely compromised.

Hi Bryan, while the True focus of this ‘blog’ may have been the murder of Philip Haney, there was added commentary in the original post that I felt needed to be addressed and did so in my earlier comments: regarding the politicisation of the Faith.
One thing I didn’t note was that terrorism arising from so-called “right wing” extremism has become a far greater threat within many western countries than the threat of Islamic terrorism.
And unfortunately those involved in that western extremism tend to get labelled as “Christian”.
I feel these political labels and attributions and obsessions (left vs right) do absolutely nothing to further the gospel and are more likely to hinder it.
As previously noted, followers of Christ are ambassadors for HIS kingdom and should not be promoters/denigrators of human political ideologies.
Our role as ambassadors is to encourage migration from the Kingdoms of this world to the Kingdom of God. We should have only ONE Father to stir our “patriotism” – and should not get caught up with national pride.

I would refer you to the body of scientific evidence on the subject of the formation of the universe.
The mineral Zircon contains no natural lead for example but trace elements of Uranium 238, which when it decays against a determined half life decays to lead. So measuring the lead content of Zircon tells us the age of the rocks. This is 4.5 billion years old.
All of our understanding of history about 300,000 years translates to 12s if you calibrate that back to a 24 time frame.
We know that the entirety of dog breeds and types are all derived from wolfs and all of the diversity has been created in 30,000 years. So 4.5 billion years can evolve a lot of life.
The context you are looking at is just a page in a very large book, you need to open your mind more

Viruses and bacteria have been around since life began on earth.
Life forms have adapted throughout the period of their existence – a minor form of “evolution”. But that is far different from simple life forms emerging from nowhere and then “evolving” into the countless, unrelated, complex lifeforms around today.
The corona virus is a virus, was a virus and will always be a virus. The only thing remarkable about this particular strain is that it, like other “new” human viral infections, crossed over to humans from its original animal host.
And why should such a deadly virus exist?
Because the whole of creation was damaged by man’s disobedience to God.
Your continued hostility towards God adds to that damage as well as hardening your own heart and searing your own conscience.

As for your other reply where you say something about 4.5 billion years… a total irrelevance. The Bible only says that the heavens and the earth were created “in the beginning”. It does not give an “age” of the earth.
And your other “point” about dogs… do you actually have a point? A dog is a dog and remains a dog, despite different appearances created through man’s genetic manipulations of them.
Again you unskilfully create a couple of straw men and think they are clever arguments.

Amen. So-called “Microevolution” (aka “adaptation”) Yes, it’s clearly observable and often scientifically measurable (e.g. INCREASED red cells in the blood of humans climbing high mountains.) So-called “MACROevolution” (i.e. ‘species-to-species change’) NEVER. Even Darwin himself admitted there was NO evidence whatsoever of such a phenomenon in the fossil record (see Volume 2 of his memoirs “My Life and Work”) and there STILL isn’t any evidence of it, So-called “missing links” (i.e. ‘intermediate species’) have turned out to be cunning hoaxes of course.
As for the age of the earth, I agree it’s not clear from Genesis, since, to God, “a day is like a thousand years” and vice versa. What IS true is that the whole Universe bears irrefutable evidence of DESIGN, so therefore there must be a DESIGNER (aka ‘CREATOR.’) Just as the architect of a building isn’t directly visible after completion of the building, BUT leaves a plethora of evidence that he/she exists in the building itself, so too the “Heavens declare the Glory of God (evidence now quite easily seen in the magnificent photographs of the Hubble Telescope.)

And yet some refuse to see and hear the very clear evidence.
To acknowledge the Creator, they know, would require accountability to Him.
The alternative position is of course Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden without dinosaurs but with a one eyed snake, replete with belly button (in art anyway).
The argument of creation basically falls down when you realise we all share the same DNA and havent really been created in Gods Image, we’re all made of the same stuff.

In response to Mark’s assertion that God is a ‘flat-earther’ – No He ain’t. NOWHERE in His Word does it say that, in fact, quite the opposite. The Hebrew word ‘KHUG’ is repeatedly used (most noticeably in Isaiah 40 and Job 26.) Like most Hebrew words “KHUG” has multiple meanings, ALL of which are variations on “roundness”/”sphericity” with respect to the earth’s shape. NONE of which have a hint of “flattery” (sic) to them.
E.G. ‘KHUG’ = “Circle” “Sphere” “Sphericity” “To be made spherical” “Roundness” “Made round” etc.
The scriptural idea of a flat earth comes from ORTHODOX RABBINICAL TEACHINGS ONLY. They conveniently ignored Isaiah and Job and in any case were superseded by Christ’s Teachings (that also bore evidence of a SHERICAL Planet earth.)
As always, Science (through Space travel in this case) PROVES the pre-existing Truth of God’s Word, in a never-ending “catch-up” process. Of course if God’s Eternal Word is dismissed as a “Bronze Age” relic full of “myths and fables,” then all that such statements reveal is the CLOSED-MINDEDNESS of those who make the statements.

One of the gentlemen in the video from two weeks ago (which I posted above), the day after Phil was found dead, transcribed the entire session (!), and here it is for anyone interested in reading it. FYI, in case anyone is interested, the autopsy on Phi has been completed, but the results may not be released for several months, according to one of the brothers in this fellowship. The Sheriff’s Department almost immediately retracted its initial (and fast) statement about suicide. The FBI has apparently now been called in to this investigation. Also, Phil was not missing for days as was initially reported; he texted his fiancee the evening before at 5:45pm, and I believe his sister was also in contact with him. He was NOT found in a remote area. NONE of Phil’s family and friends believe this was a suicide. However, whether or not this turns out to be, in fact, a suicide, and whether or not this was a random or targeted hit on Phil’s life, I BELIEVE THIS WAS THE WORK OF THE ENEMY, who comes to destroy and wear down the saints. NO ONE IS IMMUNE TO HIS ATTACKS. NO ONE.

Phil’s focus was the Everlasting Covenant, and as believers this should be our focus as well. It’s all going to come down to the Everlasting Covenant. Pslam 2, brothers and sisters, Psalm 2!! As Phil said, if you understand Psalm 2 you will pretty much understand everything that is going on in the world today. The anti-Christ will be opposing the Everlasting Covenant. And I believe this is the ultimate issue that will smoke out the believers from the make believers, because this is what the anti-Christ is going to oppose. And everything else is a distraction, deception. That anti-Christ spirit is already at work. It’s always been about the Everlasting Covenant, and will be until the end when Jesus returns to this part to crush the winepress.
